ProXtend KIT6-KIT02B is a 6-way power strip with built-in surge protection designed to provide consolidated power distribution and basic transient voltage protection for multiple devices. The unit supplies six grounded outlets in a single housing, allowing users to connect computers, monitors, peripherals and home electronics while helping to reduce the risk of damage from short voltage spikes. Its compact form factor and straightforward functionality make it suitable for home offices, entertainment areas and small workspaces where several devices need protected mains power.

Advantages

The power strip combines six outlets in one compact enclosure with integrated surge protection to guard connected equipment against transient overvoltage. Its design provides a tidy way to manage multiple power cords while maintaining grounded connections for safety. The device is lightweight and intended for easy placement near workstations or entertainment systems, offering basic protection without complex setup or maintenance.

Suitable for

• Home office setups with a desktop PC, monitor and peripherals
• Entertainment centers with TV, set-top box and audio equipment
• Small workspaces, study desks and hobby workbenches
• Charging multiple devices such as phone chargers, lamps and small appliances

Key specifications

• Number of outlets: 6 grounded sockets
• Surge protection: integrated transient voltage suppression
• Form factor: compact, multi-outlet strip
• Weight: 0.39 kg
• Casing: durable plastic housing suitable for desktop or floor placement

How to use

Place the power strip on a stable, dry surface close to the devices you intend to power. Plug the strip into a properly grounded mains outlet and then connect equipment to the available outlets, observing the rated load of the strip and the power requirements of connected devices. Avoid overloading the strip by distributing high-draw appliances across separate circuits when necessary. Do not use the strip with damaged cords or exposed wiring and keep it away from heat sources, moisture and direct sunlight.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, connect only electrical equipment within the strip’s rated capacity, replace the unit if it has sustained a visible surge or physical damage, and periodically inspect the power strip and attached cords for wear. For critical or high-value equipment consider dedicated surge protection with higher clamping ratings and additional features such as EMI/RFI filtering.
