ProXtend KIT6-KIT01B is a 6-way power strip with integrated surge protection designed for home and office environments. It provides six mains outlets to power computers, peripherals, TVs and other electronic devices while offering basic defense against voltage spikes. The compact design and centralized layout make it convenient for use on desks, near entertainment systems or in small workstations.

Advantages

The device combines multiple outlets with surge suppression to reduce the risk of damage from transient overvoltages. Its six-socket layout enables centralized power distribution for several devices without the need for multiple adapters. Lightweight construction simplifies placement and installation, and the unit is suitable for locations where space is limited but protected power is required.

Suitable for

• Powering desktop computers and workstations
• Connecting monitors, printers and other peripherals
• Supplying power to TVs, set-top boxes and home entertainment equipment
• Small office or home office setups with multiple devices
• Temporary setups where basic surge protection is needed

Key specifications

• Number of outlets: 6
• Function: Surge protection combined with power distribution
• Typical installation: Desktop or floor placement
• Weight: 0.34 kg
• Suitable for mains voltage systems commonly found in residential and office environments

How to use

Place the power strip on a stable, dry surface close to the devices you intend to power. Connect the unit to a properly grounded mains outlet and then plug devices into the six available sockets. Ensure that the total current draw of connected devices does not exceed the rating of the building circuit and that cords are not pinched or covered. Regularly inspect the strip and connected cables for signs of wear or damage and replace the unit if the surge protection indicator (if present) shows it is no longer functional.

Recommendations

Do not use the power strip in damp or wet environments, and avoid connecting high-current appliances such as space heaters or refrigerators. For critical or sensitive equipment, consider additional layers of protection or a professionally installed power conditioning solution.
