Power strip ProXtend KIT3-KIT05W is a three-way extension cable with integrated surge protection, designed to provide centralized power distribution and transient overvoltage defence for home and office equipment. The device supplies three grounded outlets to connect computers, audiovisual components and peripheral devices while reducing the risk of damage from voltage spikes. Its compact form and straightforward connection make it suitable for desktop setups, entertainment centres and small workstations.

Advantages

The built-in surge protection limits transient overvoltages to help safeguard connected electronics. Three grounded outlets allow multiple devices to be powered from a single mains socket without the need for additional adaptors. Lightweight design and compact footprint simplify placement on or under desks. The product provides a clear and simple power distribution solution with basic protection characteristics appropriate for everyday consumer electronics.

Suitable for

• Desktop computers and monitors
• Home entertainment systems (TV, set-top boxes, soundbars)
• Peripheral devices such as printers, routers and external drives
• Small office workstations and home offices

Key specifications

• Number of outlets: 3 grounded sockets
• Function: integrated surge protection for transient voltage suppression
• Intended use: indoor use for consumer and office electronics
• Physical characteristic: compact and lightweight design, approximately 0.55 kg

How to use

Place the power strip on a stable, dry surface close to the devices you intend to connect. Plug the power strip into a properly grounded mains outlet, then connect up to three compatible devices to the provided grounded sockets. Ensure that the combined load of connected devices does not exceed the rated capacity of the mains circuit. Avoid placing the unit where it can be exposed to moisture, direct heat sources or sharp objects that may damage the cable or housing. Periodically inspect the unit and cable for signs of wear or damage and discontinue use if any faults are found.

Recommendations

For optimal protection, connect sensitive electronics such as desktop PCs and AV equipment directly to the power strip rather than chaining multiple extension devices. Do not use the unit outdoors or in high-humidity environments. If continuous protection or advanced surge handling is required, consider a surge protector or UPS with higher energy absorption ratings.
