How to use

Mount the patch panel in a standard 19" rack or cabinet using the supplied mounting points, ensuring the panel is secured and level. Terminate horizontal cabling on the rear termination points following the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B) and the manufacturer's recommended termination practices for Cat.6A to maintain performance. Route and secure cables with appropriate cable management accessories to avoid excess bend radius and mechanical strain. Verify connectivity and performance with a cable tester certified for Cat.6A to confirm correct wiring and channel performance.

Recommendations

For reliable Cat.6A performance, use compatible Cat.6A cabling and connectors, maintain recommended bend radii, and avoid bundling high-power cables with data cabling. Label both ends of each link to simplify troubleshooting and future changes, and perform certification testing after installation and any major changes.
