Patch panel Rutenbeck PP-Cat.6A iso-6 Ap rw θωρακισμένο 6x RJ-45

Rutenbeck PP-Cat.6A iso-6 Ap rw shielded 6x RJ-45 is a rack-mountable patch panel designed for Cat6A structured cabling. The unit provides six shielded RJ-45 ports to support high-speed Ethernet links and shielded twisted-pair installations. It is intended for professional network environments such as server rooms and 19" network cabinets where controlled grounding and EMI protection are required.

Advantages

The shielded design ensures a continuous connection to system grounding, reducing electromagnetic interference and maintaining signal integrity at higher frequencies. The compact 1U form factor fits standard 19" racks and offers an organized front-port layout for easy identification and cable management. Robust terminations and standardized RJ-45 sockets provide reliable mechanical and electrical contacts suitable for frequent patching and reconfiguration.

How to use

Mount the patch panel into a standard 19" rack or cabinet using the provided fixing points. Terminate incoming shielded copper cables to the rear terminations according to the manufacturers color code and ensure the cable shields are properly connected to the panel grounding points to maintain shield continuity. Connect shielded RJ-45 patch cords from the front ports to network devices or switches. Verify continuity and performance with appropriate network test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the patch panel as part of a fully shielded cabling system, including shielded patch cords and properly grounded racks. Maintain clear labeling of ports to simplify changes and use strain relief and cable management to avoid excessive bend radii that could affect Cat6A performance.
