Key specifications

How to use

Mount the patch panel in a compatible 19-inch rack or communication cabinet at the desired U position, ensuring chassis grounding to maintain shielding effectiveness. Terminate shielded Category 6A cables onto the rear termination points or use compatible shielded patch cords on the front RJ-45 ports. Label each port according to your network layout for easy identification. After installation, verify connections and performance with appropriate network test equipment to confirm Category 6A compliance and link integrity.

Recommendations

Maintain continuous grounding of the panel and connected shielded cabling to preserve EMI protection. Use shielded patch cords and adhere to bend radius and cable management best practices to ensure optimal Category 6A performance. For critical links, document port assignments and run periodic certification tests.
