Patchkabel helos 205585 RJ-45 20 m καλώδιο δικτύου, αρσενικό-αρσενικό

Patch Cable helos 205585 RJ-45 20 m is a male-to-male Ethernet cable intended for wired network connections between switches, routers, computers and other network devices. The cable uses standardized RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a 20-metre length to bridge longer distances in homes, offices and server rooms while maintaining a reliable physical link for data transmission and network extension.

Advantages

The cable delivers a direct, low-latency wired connection that is less susceptible to interference than wireless links. Its 20 m length allows flexible device placement and tidy routing across rooms or between racks. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure broad compatibility with most Ethernet ports and network equipment. The design supports common network speeds and provides a stable physical layer for everyday data and voice traffic.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers to switches or routers
• Linking network switches within an office or server cabinet
• Extending wired Ethernet to home entertainment or workstations
• Temporary or permanent cabling for small and medium business networks

Key specifications

• Cable type: RJ-45 patch cable, male-to-male
• Length: 20 m
• Conductor type: stranded or solid copper conductor (depending on build)
• Connector type: 8P8C (standard RJ-45) on both ends
• Shielding: unshielded or shielded variants may be available depending on model
• Application: Ethernet network cabling for data and voice

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of the first device and the other connector into the network port of the second device until each clicks into place. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges, and secure it with cable ties or clips if required to prevent strain on the connectors. If connecting through patch panels or switches, ensure ports are powered and configured as needed for the network. Test the link status on connected devices to confirm proper connection and data transmission.

Recommendations

Use the 20 m length to place network equipment at optimal locations while keeping excess slack manageable; avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce electromagnetic interference. For installations requiring high immunity to interference or in electrically noisy environments, choose a shielded variant and ensure proper grounding.
