Patchkabel Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 15 m πορτοκαλί

The equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord is manufactured from high-quality materials and tested to meet industry standards. The Cat.6A S/FTP cable provides higher bandwidth and an improved signal-to-noise ratio to support stable, error‑free performance in demanding network environments, including 10G applications.

Advantages

The equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord minimizes crosstalk and external interference through its foil-shielded twisted pairs and overall shielding, offering reliable transmission for high-speed networks. It supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet and ensures consistent data integrity over short to medium patch lengths while being compatible with standard RJ45 terminations.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6A
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid/foil with individually foiled pairs)
• Application: 10G Ethernet support
• Performance: Higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin
• Connector: RJ45 compatible
• Compliance: Manufactured and tested to industry standards

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug of the equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord to a network device or patch panel port and the other plug to the corresponding device or switch port. Ensure connectors are fully seated and routed to avoid sharp bends or compression that could impair shield continuity and signal quality. For optimal 10G performance, keep patch lengths within recommended distances and avoid running the cable parallel to strong electromagnetic sources.

Recommendations

Confirm compatibility with existing network hardware and observe proper installation practices: maintain bend radius, secure connectors, and avoid cable damage during routing to preserve the Cat.6A S/FTP cable’s performance for 10G applications.
