Patchkabel Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 10m Μπλε

The equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord is a 10 m blue patch cable engineered for 10GBase-T networks. Constructed from high-quality materials and tested to industry standards, this Cat.6A S/FTP cable supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and provides enhanced bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin for stable transmission in demanding network environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and reduced connection loss.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting error-free 10G performance. The Cat.6A design delivers higher bandwidth and a better signal-to-noise ratio compared with lower-category cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve conductivity and corrosion resistance for long-term reliable connections. The 10 m length offers flexibility for typical server room, office or data closet layouts.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network connections
• High-speed data transmission between switches, servers and workstations
• Office, server room and data center patching
• Environments requiring reduced EMI and high signal integrity

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Colour: Blue
• Weight: 0.317 kg

How to use

Connect one gold-plated RJ-45 plug to the network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive pressure to maintain signal integrity and the shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

Install and test within a structured cabling environment; avoid routing alongside high-voltage power lines to minimise EMI. For guaranteed 10G performance, combine this Cat.6A S/FTP patch cord with compliant Cat.6A permanent links and compatible network equipment.
