Patchkabel Equip Cat.5e SF/UTP RJ-45 15m μπεζ

The Equip Cat.5e SF/UTP RJ-45 15m patch cable is a 15-metre network cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in home and office environments. Constructed from quality materials and tested to meet the EIA/TIA 568-B.2 channel standard, this beige cable provides shielded pair protection (SF/UTP) and RJ-45 connectors with gold plating to ensure consistent signal transmission and reduced signal loss.

Advantages

The SF/UTP construction offers improved protection against electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded cables, while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors deliver stable contact and lower contact resistance. Compliance with EIA/TIA 568-B.2 ensures compatibility with standard structured cabling systems and supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networking. The 15 m length provides flexibility for longer runs without additional couplers.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels in small offices
• Home network links between modem, router and desktop devices
• Wiring in structured cabling installations requiring shielded Cat5e
• Temporary or permanent connections where a 15 m cable length is needed

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the remote device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and high-interference sources; secure it with cable ties or cable management accessories as needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the SF/UTP cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius above the manufacturer’s minimum (typically 4× cable diameter). Use shielded connectors or grounded patch panels where the cable shield needs to be terminated to maintain EMC protection.
