Ούπα τοίχου Fischer 50116 αγκύριο βίδας 80 mm

The Fischer 50116 screw anchor 80 mm is a robust wall plug designed for reliable fixation in masonry and concrete. With an overall length of 80 mm and a recommended drill hole diameter of 16 mm, this anchor provides secure load transfer for fastenings in solid base materials. Each box contains 10 anchors, packaged for convenient storage and transport, suitable for a range of construction and repair tasks where a dependable mechanical anchor is required.

Advantages

The Fischer 50116 screw anchor is manufactured to consistent dimensional tolerances and material quality, ensuring predictable expansion and holding performance in brick and concrete. Its length and geometry deliver deeper embedment compared with shorter plugs, improving pull-out resistance and stability for medium-duty fixtures. Packaged in a compact box of ten pieces, the anchors are easy to handle on-site and reduce waste thanks to individual use.

Suitable for

• Fixing shelves, brackets and handrails to brick or concrete walls
• Mounting electrical boxes, conduit clips and cable trays in masonry
• Securing light to medium-weight fixtures in renovation and repair projects
• General fastening tasks where a mechanical anchor in solid base material is required

Key specifications

• Anchor length: 80 mm
• Recommended drill hole diameter: 16 mm
• Minimum drill hole depth: 100 mm
• Suitable base materials: brick, concrete
• Packing: 10 pieces per box

How to use

Drill a clean hole in the masonry or concrete using a 16 mm drill bit to the minimum depth of 100 mm. Remove dust and debris from the hole with a brush or blow-out pump to ensure full embedment. Insert the Fischer screw anchor until its head or sleeve sits flush with the substrate surface, then drive the appropriate screw or bolt to engage the anchor expansion and secure the fixture. Check that the fixture is level and tighten to the torque recommended for the chosen screw size and material.

Recommendations

Use only in suitable solid base materials such as brick and concrete; avoid use in hollow or excessively cracked substrates. Select screws or bolts that match the anchor diameter and length to achieve correct expansion. When fastening safety-critical items or heavy loads, verify load ratings and safety factors and follow local building codes and manufacturer torque guidance.
