Ομπρέλα ανακλαστήρα μαύρη ασημί διαφανής Elinchrom 26062 διάμετρος 83 cm

The Elinchrom 26062 reflector umbrella with an 83 cm diameter is a multifunctional studio light modifier that provides three selectable surfaces — black, silver and transparent — to shape and control flash output. Designed for use with studio strobes and speedlights, the umbrella alters contrast, diffusion and light direction, enabling photographers to adapt lighting to portrait, product and creative setups. Its 83 cm span offers a balance between soft, broad illumination and directional control suitable for a range of shooting situations.

Advantages

The three-surface design allows quick switching between contrast control and diffusion: the silver surface increases specular highlights and contrast, the black surface blocks spill and deepens shadows, and the transparent surface produces a more direct, hard light when used without diffusion. The 83 cm diameter delivers a moderate softening effect while remaining compact enough for studio and on-location use. The umbrella’s construction supports straightforward mounting and positioning with common umbrella holders and light stands.

Suitable for

• Portrait photography where variable contrast and softening are required
• Product and still-life shoots that need controlled reflections and shadow shaping
• On-location and studio setups requiring a portable, multi-surface light modifier
• Creative lighting to produce both hard and soft effects without changing the main modifier

Key specifications

• Diameter: 83 cm
• Surfaces: black, silver, transparent
• Type: reflector umbrella for studio lighting
• Compatibility: fits standard umbrella holders used with studio strobes and speedlights
• Effect: provides options for diffusion, contrast increase, and spill control

How to use

Mount the umbrella onto a compatible umbrella holder attached to a light stand and position the strobe or speedlight so its head points into the umbrella shaft for reflective modes (silver/black) or through the umbrella for the transparent mode. Use the silver surface when you need higher contrast and more specular highlights; use the black surface to minimize unwanted reflections and increase shadow depth; use the transparent surface for a more direct, harder beam, or pair it with diffusion material if softer light is needed. Adjust the distance between the umbrella and subject to fine-tune softness and intensity, and angle the umbrella to control spill and highlight placement.

Recommendations

For consistent portraits, start with the umbrella 1.5–2 meters from the subject and refine position and power settings on your strobe. When shooting products, test silver and black faces to find the desired balance between reflection and shadow. Inspect results on a calibrated monitor and make incremental changes to light-to-subject distance rather than extreme power jumps to maintain quality and control.
