Ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος F-Typ ShiverPeaks BS85006-A

The ShiverPeaks BS85006-A is an F-type coaxial connector with a male gender and a 6 mm outer diameter, supplied as a single piece. Designed for coaxial cable terminations in audio and video systems, this connector provides a compact metal interface for RF signal transmission on television, satellite and broadband installations. The design focuses on mechanical stability and consistent contact for reliable signal continuity.

Advantages

This F-type male connector offers precise dimensions for a secure fit on compatible coaxial cables and devices. Its metal construction ensures good electrical conductivity and mechanical durability while helping to maintain stable RF performance. Supplied individually, the connector is suitable for targeted repairs or small installations where single components are required.

Suitable for

• Television antenna connections
• Satellite receiver cabling
• Cable TV and set-top box terminations
• RF distribution and patching in AV systems

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type, male
• Outer diameter: 6 mm
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Material: metal contact and body (conductive)
• Application: RF signal transmission for audio/video and broadband

How to use

Strip the coaxial cable to the appropriate length following the cable manufacturer's guidelines, exposing the center conductor and outer shield. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable end, ensuring the center conductor aligns with the inner contact and the shield makes firm contact with the connector body. Use a suitable tightening method—hand-tighten or use a compatible wrench—taking care not to over-torque and deform the connector or cable. Verify continuity and signal quality after installation.

Recommendations

For best results, use the connector with cables and devices that match the 6 mm interface and F-type standard. Avoid excessive bending near the termination point and perform visual and electrical checks after installation to confirm secure contact and optimal signal transfer.
