Ομοαξονικό καλώδιο ShiverPeaks BS80207-128-GS 7,5 m IEC μαύρο

The ShiverPeaks BS80207-128-GS 7.5m IEC Black coaxial cable provides a reliable connection for audio and video equipment that use standard IEC coaxial terminations. With a 7.5 metre length and IEC male connectors on both ends, this cable is intended for connecting televisions, set-top boxes, FM/DAB radios, and similar AV devices where stable RF signal transmission is required. The black jacket offers a low-profile appearance suitable for home entertainment systems and simple installations.

Advantages

This coaxial cable is constructed to maintain consistent signal integrity over its 7.5 m length, reducing loss and interference in typical domestic setups. The IEC connectors are compatible with widely used consumer AV equipment, enabling straightforward, tool-free connections. The outer jacket provides mechanical protection and flexibility for routing behind furniture or along skirting boards without excessive stiffness.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV to a roof or indoor antenna
• Linking set-top boxes and digital receivers to displays
• Connecting FM/DAB radios or tuners
• Temporary or permanent in-room AV cabling where IEC connectors are used

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial with IEC male-to-male connectors
• Length: 7.5 metres
• Colour: black outer jacket
• Intended use: RF signal transmission for audio and video equipment
• Construction: flexible jacket for indoor routing

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting to avoid transient disturbances. Align each IEC connector with the corresponding inlet and push gently until it seats; no tools are required. Route the cable to minimise sharp bends and avoid running alongside high-voltage wiring to reduce potential interference. After connection, power on devices and tune or scan inputs as required by the equipment to establish the signal.

Recommendations

For best results, keep cable runs as direct as possible and avoid coiling excess length tightly. If the installation passes through tight gaps, protect the cable jacket from abrasion. For outdoor antenna runs or long-distance installations beyond typical indoor lengths, consider purpose-designed outdoor-rated coaxial cable to maintain performance and weather resistance.
