NEXDIAG Επαγγελματικό όργανο μέτρησης πάχους επιστρώσεων NEXPTG-PRO

Assessing paint thickness on vehicle bodies is critical for detecting repainted panels, hidden bodywork, or corrosion. The NEXDIAG Professional Paint Thickness Gauge NEXPTG-PRO provides accurate, non-destructive measurements on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates, helping professionals and enthusiasts evaluate paint condition with confidence.

Who is it for

This gauge is ideal for automotive inspectors, body shop technicians, used car dealers, and detailers who need to verify paint integrity or identify areas of repair. It is also suitable for quality control in manufacturing and painting operations.

Main features

• Dual measurement technology: magnetic induction for ferrous metals and eddy current for non-ferrous metals.
• Wide measuring range: 0 to 2000 µm (0 to 78.74 mils).
• Automatic substrate recognition switches between Fe and NFe modes.
• Backlit LCD display with clear readings and measurement statistics (MIN/MAX/AVG).
• Memory for 200 measurements with sound signaling for paint layer interpretation.
• Integrated LED flashlight for working in low-light conditions.
• Automatic and manual calibration with 7 calibration points.
• Compact and portable, powered by two AAA batteries.
