Μύτη κατσαβιδιού KWB 124101 2 τεμ. Pozidriv PZ 1 25 mm

The KWB 124101 set contains two titanium-nitrided Pozidriv PZ 1 screwdriver bits, each 25 mm long, designed for serial screw connections and precision tasks. Manufactured from TQ 60 steel with a titanium-nitrided surface finish, these bits offer increased strength and extended life under continuous load. The bits have a 1/4" (6.3 mm) C shank and colour-coded rings to identify head shape quickly.

Advantages

The titanium-nitrided surface fused with TQ 60 steel improves hardness and wear resistance, providing significantly longer tool life compared with untreated bits. An integrated torsion zone and Mega Grip Ribs reduce breakage under torque and help maintain engagement with Pozidriv screws. Colour-coded rings enable fast identification of the PZ 1 head type, and the 1/4" hex shank ensures compatibility with standard bit holders and screwdrivers.

Key specifications

How to use

Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, screwdriver or cordless driver. Select the correct PZ 1 bit for the Pozidriv screw profile, ensuring the bit seats fully in the screw recess. Apply steady pressure and appropriate torque while screwing or unscrewing to avoid cam-out. After use, clean any debris from the bit and store in a holder or case to protect the titanium-nitrided surface.

Recommendations

For longest service life, match the bit size precisely to the screw, avoid excessive lateral force, and use correct torque settings on power tools. Replace bits showing visible wear or rounded edges to maintain secure engagement and prevent screw damage.
