Μύλος αλατιού & πιπεριού Zassenhaus 020694

The Zassenhaus 020694 salt and pepper grinder combines a traditional wooden exterior with a tall, slim profile, measuring 300 mm in height and 61 mm in width and depth. Designed for grinding both peppercorns and salt crystals, this mill provides a stable grip and a visible, elegant silhouette on dining tables or kitchen counters. The grinder integrates an adjustable mechanism to change grind size, and its robust build supports frequent home use while maintaining consistent results.

Advantages

The wooden body offers a classic appearance and a comfortable hand-feel. An adjustable grinding mechanism enables selection of fine to coarse textures for spices. Durable construction and precise machining of the grinding unit ensure reliable performance and even particle size distribution. The tall design increases capacity, reducing the need for frequent refills.

Key specifications

• Height: 300 mm
• Width: 61 mm
• Depth: 61 mm
• Material: wooden body with metal grinding mechanism
• Adjustable grind setting: from fine to coarse
• Capacity: tall, refill-friendly chamber suitable for extended use

How to use

Fill the chamber by removing the top section according to the manufacturer’s assembly, add peppercorns or salt crystals, then reassemble. Adjust the grinding setting to the desired coarseness using the adjustment knob or ring. Hold the grinder upright and rotate the top section or crank as designed to produce ground spice. Refill when the visible level indicates low content and clean the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid soaking the wooden body or grinding unit.

Recommendations

For consistent results, select a grind size appropriate to the dish: finer for sauces and marinades, coarser for finishing steaks and salads. Use dry, non-moist salts and whole peppercorns to prevent clogging. Periodically check and tighten the grinding mechanism if coarseness adjustment becomes inconsistent.
