Μονάδα Keystone Cat 8.1 Helos 08-45003 μέταλλο χωρίς εργαλεία

Keystone module Cat 8.1 Helos 08-45003 metal toolless is a compact, metal-bodied keystone connector engineered for high-speed Cat 8.1 cabling. It fits standard keystone openings in patch panels, faceplates and keystone wall outlets and supports tool-free termination, enabling fast installation and reconfiguration in data centres and high-performance LAN environments.

Advantages

The metal housing provides improved mechanical durability and better shielding compared with plastic keystone modules, while the toolless termination design removes the need for specialised punch-down tools. Its compact keystone form factor ensures compatibility with standard faceplates and panels, and the construction is optimised to maintain Cat 8.1 performance parameters for bandwidth and signal integrity.

Suitable for

• Data centre horizontal and patching cabling
• High-speed LAN connections and server room links
• Modular wall outlets and faceplates in office environments
• Environments requiring quick field terminations and frequent reconfiguration

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 8.1 compliant keystone connector
• Housing: metal construction for enhanced shielding and durability
• Termination: toolless, quick field termination for twisted-pair cables
• Form factor: standard keystone size compatible with keystone panels and faceplates
• Application: supports high-frequency, high-bandwidth twisted-pair network links

How to use

Insert the keystone module into a compatible keystone opening on a patch panel, faceplate or wall outlet until it locks in place. Prepare the twisted-pair cable by stripping the outer sheath to the recommended length, arrange the individual pairs according to the wiring scheme used in your network, and follow the module's toolless termination mechanism to seat and secure the conductor ends. Once terminated, snap the module into the faceplate or panel and verify connectivity with network testing equipment to confirm Cat 8.1 performance.

Recommendations

Use the keystone module with cable types and installation practices that meet Cat 8.1 standards and maintain proper cable bend radii, pair untwist limits and shielding continuity. For critical links, perform certification testing after installation to ensure compliance with desired bandwidth and return-loss parameters.
