Mitutoyo 500-706-20 ABS Coolant Proof Ψηφιακό παχύμετρο 150 mm IP67

The Mitutoyo 500-706-20 ABS Coolant Proof Digital Caliper is a high-precision measuring tool designed for demanding industrial environments. With a measurement range of 0-150 mm (0-6 inches) and an IP67 rating, it offers exceptional durability and accuracy, making it ideal for use in machining, quality control, and manufacturing where coolant, dust, and water exposure are common.

Advantages

This caliper features an Absolute (ABS) encoder system that retains the origin position even after power-off, eliminating the need for resetting. The IP67 protection ensures reliable operation in wet and dusty conditions, while the hardened stainless steel construction provides long-lasting performance. The large LCD display offers clear readings, and the auto power-off function extends battery life up to approximately 5 years.

Suitable for

• Precision measurement of external and internal dimensions, depths, and steps
• Workshops, tool rooms, and production lines with coolant or cutting fluids
• Quality assurance and inspection tasks requiring high accuracy and repeatability
• Applications where dust and water resistance are critical

Recommendations

For best results, store the caliper in a clean, dry environment when not in use. Regularly clean the measuring faces and slide surfaces. Replace the battery when the low voltage alarm appears. This caliper is not intended for data output; for data output models, consider the Mitutoyo 500 series with SPC output.
