Παχύμετρο KS Tools 300.0515 βάρος 250 g

The KS Tools 300.0515 caliper is a compact precision measuring instrument weighing approximately 250 g, intended for a wide range of general measurement tasks. It offers straightforward operation for measuring external and internal dimensions, depths and step measurements, providing reliable readouts for workshop, service and DIY environments.

Advantages

This caliper combines lightweight construction with a rigid frame to maintain measurement stability while remaining easy to handle. Its design supports repeatable readings and practical control in confined spaces. The instrument is compatible with common measurement workflows and can be used for quick checks as well as more controlled measurement routines.

Suitable for

• Measuring external diameters and widths of parts
• Measuring internal diameters and clearances
• Depth and step measurements on components
• Workshop inspections and maintenance tasks
• Home improvement and DIY projects requiring dimensional checks

Key specifications

• Approximate weight: 250 g
• Type: caliper for external, internal, depth and step measurements
• Construction: lightweight yet stable frame suitable for handheld use
• Typical application areas: mechanical parts, assemblies, maintenance checks
• Ergonomics: designed for practical handling in confined workspaces

How to use

Place the caliper jaws around or inside the feature to be measured and ensure the measuring faces make full contact with the object. For depth measurements, extend the depth probe until it reaches the reference surface. Use a steady hand to seat the tool and read the measurement according to the caliper's scale or display. When performing repeated measurements, close and reopen the jaws between readings to verify consistency and reduce parallax or positioning error.

Recommendations

Keep the measuring faces clean and free of debris; store the caliper in a protective pouch or case to avoid shocks and contamination. Avoid exposing the instrument to strong magnetic fields or corrosive environments. For best results, allow the caliper and the measured parts to reach the same ambient temperature before taking precision measurements.
