Μίκτης Omnitronic GNOME-202

The Omnitronic GNOME-202 is a compact 2-channel mixer designed for straightforward audio control in small setups. It covers a frequency range of 20–20,000 Hz and provides clean signal handling with a line signal-to-noise ratio of 85 dB and total harmonic distortion of 0.5%. The unit operates from a 230 V AC supply and consumes approximately 6 W, while providing status feedback via LED power indicators and a 6.3 mm headphone output for direct monitoring.

Advantages

The GNOME-202 offers reliable audio performance with low distortion and a wide frequency response suitable for speech and music. Its compact footprint and low power consumption make it practical for installation in portable rigs or small fixed installations. Built-in LED indicators and a standard 6.3 mm headphone jack support quick setup checks and on-the-fly monitoring without requiring additional equipment.

How to use

Connect source devices to the mixer's input channels and route outputs to amplifier or recording equipment using appropriate cables. Power the unit from a 230 V AC outlet and confirm operation using the LED power indicators. Use the channel controls to balance levels and monitor the combined output through the 6.3 mm headphone output for critical listening and level checks. Adjust input levels to avoid audible distortion while maintaining adequate signal-to-noise performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, place the mixer away from strong electromagnetic sources and maintain signal cables separated from mains wiring. Use balanced connections where possible and set input gains so that peaks do not approach the maximum level to preserve the specified signal-to-noise ratio and low distortion.
