Microconnect V-UTP615W-FLAT καλώδιο δικτύου λευκό 15 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect V-UTP615W-FLAT RJ-45 Cat6 15 m White is a flat Cat6 U/UTP networking cable designed for space-saving installations in IT racks, cabinets, and confined spaces. Its flat profile allows routing behind baseboards and under carpets or flooring while retaining Cat6 performance and backward compatibility with Cat5e and Cat5. The cable is tested to 250 MHz and supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors and the white finish integrates unobtrusively into most environments.

Advantages

The flat construction reduces bulk and improves cable management in tight installations, making it easier to route the cable in narrow gaps and under floor coverings. U/UTP design helps limit external interference, while testing to the Cat6 250 MHz standard and backwards compatibility ensure reliable operation with existing Cat5e/Cat5 equipment. The cable includes strain-relief features on the connector to reduce the risk of damage during installation.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in server racks and wall cabinets where space is limited
• Routing behind skirting boards and under carpets or laminate flooring
• Connecting switches, routers, PCs and networked devices at Cat6 performance
• Homes, offices and small data closets requiring discreet cable runs

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6 (tested to 250 MHz)
• Shielding: U/UTP
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Colour: White
• Weight: 0.15 kg

How to use

Route the flat cable along the chosen path, slipping it behind skirting boards, through narrow gaps in racks or under floor coverings as needed. Plug RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding ports on switches, routers or devices. Avoid sharp bends and do not exceed the cable's minimum bend radius; secure the cable at intervals to prevent movement and reduce strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs away from strong electrical interference sources and avoid kinking. When installing in permanent infrastructure, observe local building and fire-safety regulations for cable placement beneath floors or inside walls.
