Microconnect V-UTP515WVP καλώδιο δικτύου λευκό 15 m Cat5e U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect V-UTP515WVP is a 15 m Cat5e U/UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for reliable wired connections between switches, modems, routers and network outlets. It meets Cat5e standards with testing up to 100 MHz, is backward compatible with Cat5, and supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s. The cable is white and includes latch protection to reduce the risk of connector damage during installation in tight spaces.

Advantages

This Cat5e U/UTP cable provides tested performance up to 100 MHz while remaining compatible with older Cat5 installations. Latch protection on the RJ-45 plugs prevents connector damage during routing through constrained conduits or panels. With a 15 m length and standard RJ-45 terminations on both ends, the cable is ready for immediate use in home and small office networks and supports gigabit-capable equipment at typical distances.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, modems or switches to patch panels or wall jacks
• Home network and small office LAN setups
• Wired connections for entertainment devices (smart TVs, media players)
• Temporary or permanent cabling between network devices up to 15 m

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e (tested up to 100 MHz)
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs, unshielded overall)
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with latch protection
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Colour: White
• MPN: V-UTP515WVP, EAN: 5711783230090

How to use

Locate the network devices you want to connect (router, switch, modem or wall outlet), insert one RJ-45 connector into the device’s Ethernet port and the other connector into the corresponding port at the other end. Ensure the latch snaps into place to secure the connection. For routing through limited spaces, guide the cable carefully to avoid excessive bending; the latch protection reduces the risk of damage during installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius moderate. Use the 15 m length for direct device-to-device connections within the same room or adjacent rooms; for longer runs, choose an appropriate rated cable or structured cabling solution.
