Microconnect UTP670 Καλώδιο δικτύου γκρι 70 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect UTP670 RJ-45 Cat6 networking cable, 70 m in grey, provides a reliable wired connection between network devices such as switches, modems and routers, and to structured infrastructure via patch panels, keystone jacks or wall outlets. This Cat6 U/UTP cable supports the Cat6 frequency of up to 250 MHz and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 cabling. It is terminated with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and includes a latch protection design to reduce the risk of connector damage during installation in confined spaces.

Advantages

This Microconnect Cat6 cable offers tested performance up to 250 MHz, support for data rates common to Cat6 installations and compatibility with older Cat5e/Cat5 systems. The 70 m length suits longer runs inside offices or homes, while the U/UTP construction provides straightforward unshielded twisted pair performance. RJ-45 terminations on both ends ensure plug-and-play connectivity and the reinforced latch protection helps prevent connector breakage during routing and installation.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between switches, routers, modems and networked devices
• Patch panel and keystone jack terminations in small office and home networks
• Ethernet connections for entertainment systems and home office setups

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6 (tested up to 250 MHz)
• Length: 70 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Construction: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Color: Grey
• Backward compatibility: Cat5e, Cat5
• Weight: 1.95 kg

How to use

Route the cable from one network device to another or to a structured outlet, keeping bends gentle and avoiding tight loops. Terminate or plug the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding ports on switches, routers, modems or patch panels. When installing through narrow channels or panels, use the integrated latch protection to reduce the chance of damaging the connector. Test the link after installation to verify continuity and performance.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines, maintain recommended bend radius and use appropriate cable management to minimize interference and mechanical strain. Verify equipment and patch-panel port ratings to ensure full Cat6 performance.
