Microconnect UTP615B Καλώδιο δικτύου μπλε 15 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect UTP615B RJ-45 Cat6 15 m Blue is a U/UTP Category 6 networking cable designed for reliable wired connections between devices such as switches, modems, routers, patch panels or wall outlets. The 15 m cable supports Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5, enabling high-speed data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s while minimising interference.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable features RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a U/UTP construction that reduces electromagnetic interference. It includes protective boots (snaggles) to prevent connector damage during installation in confined spaces. The 15 m length provides flexibility for small office, home network or entertainment setups, and the blue jacket helps with easy identification.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between switches, routers and modems
• Patch panel and keystone jack installations
• Small office and home network cabling
• Home entertainment systems and media streaming

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6 (tested up to 250 MHz)
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded pairs, overall unshielded)
• Colour: Blue
• Weight: 0.438 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network device (switch, router or modem) and the other end to the target device, patch panel or wall outlet. Ensure connectors click into place and avoid sharp bends or excessive tension on the cable. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference and follow standard cable management practices when routing through conduits or cable trays.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 cable for short- to medium-length wired connections in offices and homes; replace if the connector boot or jacket is visibly damaged. For runs longer than 100 m, use appropriate infrastructure or active network equipment to maintain performance.
