Microconnect SFTP703W καλώδιο δικτύου λευκό 3 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Microconnect SFTP703W RJ-45 Cat7 3m White is a 3-meter networking cable designed for high-performance wired connections. Built to Cat7 specification with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the cable supports reliable links between switches, modems, routers, patch panels, keystone jacks or wall outlets. It is suitable for small office, home networks and entertainment setups and is backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 installations.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable is manufactured and tested to the Cat7 frequency range (up to 600 MHz) while using Cat6a-compatible RJ-45 connectors that meet the minimum standard up to 500 MHz. The shielding reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, helping to maintain data integrity and transmission speed. The cable includes a reinforced strain-relief boot that protects the connector during installation in confined spaces and the white jacket provides a discreet appearance for visible installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices such as switches, routers and modems
• Linking to patch panels, keystone jacks and wall outlets
• Small office and home network wiring
• Streaming and entertainment systems requiring stable wired connections

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat7 (tested up to 600 MHz)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield + foil-shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Length: 3 m
• Colour: White
• Compatibility: Backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e, Cat5
• Weight: 0.03 kg

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into your network device (switch, router, modem or network outlet) and plug the other end into the corresponding device or patch panel. Route the cable avoiding tight bends and sharp edges to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. When installing through narrow conduits or behind panels, guide the cable carefully using the reinforced boot to protect the connector and prevent damage.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for wired connections where reduced EMI and low crosstalk are required. Avoid running the cable parallel and in close proximity to high-voltage power lines. Ensure connectors are fully seated and test the link with a network tester if precise certification or performance verification is needed.
