Microconnect SFTP703G Καλώδιο δικτύου πράσινο 3 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Microconnect SFTP703G RJ-45 Cat7 3m is a 3‑meter S/FTP networking cable in green that provides a reliable wired connection between devices such as switches, modems, routers or to infrastructure components like patch panels and wall outlets. It is manufactured to Cat7 standards with shielding and uses RJ‑45 connectors compatible with Cat6a and earlier categories, making it suitable for small office, home networks and entertainment setups.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable is tested up to 600 MHz and offers shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, which helps maintain signal integrity and lower error rates. The cable uses RJ‑45 connectors built to Cat6a compatibility, ensuring backward compatibility with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 equipment. A molded strain relief (snagless design) protects the connector tab during installation in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between switches, routers, modems and patch panels
• Home network and small office LAN installations
• Streaming, gaming and media devices requiring stable wired links

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat7 (tested up to 600 MHz)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ‑45 — both ends
• Length: 3 m
• Colour: Green
• Weight: 0.03 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 end of the Microconnect SFTP703G to your network device (switch, router, modem or wall outlet) and the other end to the target device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and high‑power electrical sources to preserve shielding effectiveness and signal quality.

Recommendations

For best results use this Cat7 S/FTP cable in shielded or grounded installations where EMI may be present. Avoid kinking the cable and allow enough bend radius during installation; if used with Cat6a equipment, the cable remains backward compatible but will operate within the connected device’s capability.
