Microconnect MC-SFTP6A15Y Καλώδιο δικτύου κίτρινο 15 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

The MicroConnect MC-SFTP6A15Y is a 15 m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and gold-plated contacts. Designed for high-speed networks, it supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and bandwidths suitable for 10 Gbit transmission. The cable's yellow jacket improves visibility and cable management in racks and installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for more stable connections in noisy environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide improved conductivity and corrosion resistance. The cable includes strain relief boots with meter markings to identify length and protects connector latches from damage.

Suitable for

• 10 Gbit Ethernet backbones and server-to-switch connections
• High-density wiring in server rooms and data centers
• Network installations requiring clear cable identification and routing

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Max data rate: 10000 Mbit/s
• Color: Yellow
• Weight: 0.408 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results in 10 Gbit environments, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short- to medium-distance links inside racks or between nearby rooms; avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius within manufacturer guidance.
