Microconnect KAB029-305 Καλώδιο δικτύου Γκρι 305 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Microconnect KAB029-305 is a non-terminated, flexible S/FTP Cat6 networking cable supplied on a 305 m reel. Designed for indoor and home installations, the grey cable supports high-speed data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s and provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to its screened and foil-shielded construction.

Advantages

This fibre-like flexible Cat6 cable offers S/FTP shielding for improved noise immunity, a long 305 m length that reduces the need for joins in larger installations, and a grey jacket that fits unobtrusively into home and office environments. Being non-terminated, it allows custom connectorisation to match specific installation requirements.

Suitable for

• Home network cabling and patching
• Office horizontal and vertical cabling runs
• Structured cabling where Cat6 performance and interference protection are required

How to use

Measure and route the cable according to the installation plan, cut to required lengths and terminate with appropriate Cat6 RJ45 connectors or keystone jacks following standard termination procedures. Ensure proper grounding and maintain bend radius recommendations during installation to preserve shielding effectiveness and signal performance.

Recommendations

Store and install the cable indoors, away from sources of high electromagnetic interference. Use compatible Cat6 terminations and maintain recommended bend radius; test each terminated link with a cable tester to verify compliance with desired performance levels.
