Καλώδιο δικτύου BTR NETCOM Cat.6 Ultraflex500 0,5m

The BTR NETCOM Cat.6 Ultraflex500 0.5m is a compact, high-performance networking cable designed for use where space is limited. This fully shielded S/FTP Cat.6 patch cord with AWG 26/7 conductors and LSHF (LSOH) halogen-free sheath provides stable data transmission and is fitted with two shielded RJ45 connectors in a straight 1:1 assignment. Its very short boot and enhanced mechanical construction offer improved durability and allow a bending radius down to 10 mm, making it especially suitable for VoIP terminals and confined installations.

Advantages

The cable provides full S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk in both shielded and unshielded class EA systems. Constructed with AWG 26/7 stranded conductors and two shielded RJ45 connectors, it supports reliable connections and increased movement cycles — rated up to 8,500 cycles under load. The LSHF (LSOH) halogen-free sheath enhances safety in enclosed environments, and the very short cable boot facilitates connections in tight spaces.

Suitable for

• Short patching runs in dense equipment cabinets and patch panels
• Connections to VoIP terminal devices and IP phones
• Shielded and unshielded Class EA network installations

Key specifications

• Product: BTR NETCOM Cat.6 Ultraflex500 0.5m
• Length: 0.5 m
• Cable type: S/FTP 4x2x AWG 26/7 PIMF
• Shielding: Fully shielded (S/FTP)
• Connectors: 2 × shielded RJ45, 1:1 assignment
• Sheath: LSHF (LSOH), halogen free
• Bending radius: down to 10 mm
• Durability: up to 8,500 movement cycles under load

How to use

Plug the shielded RJ45 connectors into the corresponding network ports on patch panels, switches or devices, ensuring correct orientation for the 1:1 pin assignment. Route the cable with the short boot oriented toward tight entry points; maintain the minimum bending radius (10 mm) at termination points to avoid damaging the internal pairs. Secure connections and, where applicable, ensure the cable shield is properly grounded according to installation standards for shielded systems.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m Cat.6 Ultraflex500 patch cord for short-distance, high-density cabling where full shielding and minimal bend radius are required; avoid excessive bending beyond 10 mm and follow grounding practices when used in shielded Class EA installations.
