METZ CONNECT 1308451588-E 1,5m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP) λευκό καλώδιο δικτύου

For installations where electromagnetic interference is a constant threat, this METZ CONNECT patch cable delivers a shielded Cat6a link that keeps 10-Gigabit traffic stable over its 1.5-metre run. The S/FTP construction pairs an overall braided screen with individually foil-wrapped pairs, giving you far better alien-crosstalk rejection than U/UTP alternatives in dense patch fields. The white LSZH jacket stays clean-looking in visible areas and adds a safety margin in plenum-adjacent spaces.

Highlights

• Cat6a performance with 500 MHz bandwidth for 10GBASE-T up to 100 m in channel configurations
• S/FTP shielding: braided outer screen plus per-pair foil for superior noise immunity
• Snagless boot protects the locking tab during frequent moves and re-patching
• Stranded copper conductors keep the cable flexible for tight bends behind desks and racks
• White LSZH jacket blends with light-coloured interiors and reduces toxic smoke in fire conditions

In daily use

Plug this cable between a 10G switch and a workstation, server, or access point and it will negotiate full 10-Gigabit speed without dropping to lower rates. The TIA/EIA-568B wiring is consistent across both RJ45 plugs, so you can use it as a straight-through patch cord in any standard Ethernet port. Because the cable is only 1.5 m long, it keeps cable management tidy in high-density areas while still giving enough slack for easy connection. The white jacket is easy to label with a permanent marker, helping you trace links in crowded cabinets.
