Lindy 7,5m CAT.6A S/FTP LSZH καλώδιο δικτύου, γκρι

The Lindy 7.5m CAT.6A S/FTP LSZH Grey network cable supports data transmission up to 10 GBase-T and an operating frequency of up to 500 MHz. It is a shielded Cat.6A cable with overall braid shielding and foil shields around each pair (S/FTP), manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 standards. The cable is fitted with RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts and comes in a halogen-free (LSZH) grey jacket; each unit is individually packaged in a polybag.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction with braided overall shield and foil-wrapped pairs provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable high-speed connections. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-resistant conductivity over time. The snagless strain relief on the connector protects the latch during installation and removal. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and eliminates toxic halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for use in public or confined spaces.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBase-T) networks
• High-speed LAN connections and server rooms
• Office installations and structured cabling where low-smoke halogen-free materials are required
• Connections between switches, routers, patch panels, and endpoints using RJ-45

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Cat.6A (S/FTP)
• Operating frequency: up to 500 MHz
• Supported Ethernet: up to 10GBase-T
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free), colour: grey
• Manufacturing/test standard: ISO/IEC 11801

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router, NIC or patch panel) and the other RJ-45 connector to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension to preserve shielding and cable performance. For installations in public or enclosed spaces, use cable management to keep runs neat and reduce tripping or mechanical strain.

Recommendations

For optimal 10GBase-T performance, keep cable runs within the recommended maximum distances for Cat.6A and avoid running parallel to strong electromagnetic sources. Use proper patch panels and keystone jacks rated for Cat.6A to maintain end-to-end shielding and performance.
