Lindy 5m RJ45 S/FTP LSZH καλώδιο δικτύου, γκρι

The Lindy 5m RJ45 Cat7 Grey network cable is an S/FTP LSZH patch cord designed for high-speed Ethernet up to 10GBase-T. Built with Cat.7 cable material and total braided shielding plus foil per pair (S/FTP), it supports operating frequencies up to 600 MHz and is suitable for use in data centres, server rooms and rack-mounted network or control cabinets. The cable is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and supplied individually in a polybag. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts provide corrosion resistance and reliable connections, while the snagless strain relief protects the connector latch during installation and removal.

Advantages

The cable combines Cat.7-grade S/FTP shielding with gold-plated RJ45 connectors and LSZH jacket material to deliver stable high-frequency performance with low smoke and halogen emissions. Its snagless connector design reduces the risk of latch damage during repeated installations and the individually packaged cords are ready for immediate deployment in professional environments.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T Ethernet links in data centres and server rooms
• Rack-mounted network and control cabinet connections
• High-interference environments requiring S/FTP shielding
• Indoor installations where LSZH jacket is required

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat.7 S/FTP (braided overall shield + foil per pair)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Length: 5 m
• Bandwidth / frequency: up to 600 MHz
• Standards: manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Plug the gold-plated RJ45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your device and the other end into the switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages; the snagless design helps prevent latch damage when plugging or unplugging. Route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible and avoid sharp bends to maintain performance at higher frequencies.

Recommendations

For optimal long-term performance, use the Lindy Cat7 cable in structured cabling installations up to 10GBase-T, avoid exceeding recommended bend radius, and store unused cables individually in their polybags to prevent contamination of connector contacts.
