Lindy 48394 Καλώδιο δικτύου γκρι 5 m Cat5e F/UTP (FTP)

The Lindy 48394 is a 5 m Cat5e networking cable in grey, designed for wired Ethernet connections. It uses shielded twisted-pair (F/UTP) construction with 8 conductors of 26 AWG and RJ-45 connectors on both ends (TIA/EIA 568B), providing a reliable physical link for home and office networks.

Advantages

F/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for more stable data transmission. Cat5e specification supports standard Ethernet speeds suitable for typical LAN use. 26 AWG conductors and molded RJ-45 plugs offer consistent signal integrity and easy plug-and-play installation. The 5 m length provides flexibility for common desk-to-switch or patch-panel connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, printers and network devices to switches or routers
• Patch connections between wall outlets and patch panels
• Home and small office Ethernet cabling

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield around all pairs)
• Conductors: 8 wires, 26 AWG
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends (TIA/EIA 568B)
• Length: 5 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet ports of the devices you wish to connect, following the TIA/EIA 568B wiring standard. Ensure connectors click into place for a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat5e shielded cable for standard LAN speeds within the 5 m distance; avoid stretching, excessively sharp bends, and exposure to liquids or direct heat sources.
