Lindy 47635 καλώδιο δικτύου γκρι 5 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy 47635 networking cable is a Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 patch cable with a 5 m length and grey TPE jacket. It supports operating frequencies up to 500 MHz and is designed for 10GBase-T Ethernet, providing shielded transmission with both a braided overall shield and foil shields around each pair.

Advantages

Shielding in S/FTP construction reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference for stable high-speed connections. The TPE jacket is a non-toxic, more flexible alternative to PVC, offering increased impact and tear resistance and a flex rating suitable for repeated handling. Gold-plated contacts ensure corrosion-resistant, reliable terminations, while a snagless strain relief design protects the connector latch during installation and removal.

Suitable for

• Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks
• AV extension and professional network installations
• Environments requiring improved shielding from EMI
• Frequent cable handling and installations where jacket flexibility is needed

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6A (ISO/IEC 11801)
• Topology: S/FTP (braid overall shield + foil per pair)
• Bandwidth: up to 500 MHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 5 m
• Colour: Grey
• Jacket material: TPE (thermoplastic elastomer)
• Designed for: 10GBase-T

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (switch, router, NIC) and the other to the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Avoid sharp bends near the connector and keep bends above the minimum bend radius to maintain signal performance. For best results, route the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For installations requiring maximum performance, use this Cat.6A S/FTP cable unspooled and without excessive bends, and verify compatibility with 10GBase-T equipment. Store coiled loosely and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to preserve the TPE jacket.
