Lindy 47388 καλώδιο δικτύου Λευκό 10 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 10m White networking cable provides a 10 metre connection for devices that require stable gigabit-capable data transfer. Constructed for Category 6 performance and fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this white cable is designed to support 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. S/FTP shielding reduces external electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance to maintain consistent signal transmission.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil screen with individually shielded pairs to improve immunity to near-end and far-end crosstalk and external noise sources. Cat.6 cabling supports higher bandwidth and lower attenuation compared with lower category cables, enabling reliable gigabit Ethernet connections. The gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide stable electrical contact and reduced oxidation over time. The 10 m length offers flexibility for typical office, home or AV installations while the white jacket blends with most indoor environments.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in office and home networks
• Wiring networked audio/video equipment and media players
• Short-run data links between patch panels and wall outlets
• Temporary or permanent gigabit ethernet connections in small server rooms

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Length: 10 m
• Colour: White

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on the devices you intend to connect, ensuring the connector latches fully into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large electric motors or unshielded power wiring. For installations through wall cavities or conduits, verify that the cable jacket is compatible with local building codes and pull gently to avoid damaging the termination. Test the link with a network tester or by verifying link speed and connectivity through connected equipment.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid excessive bending and tight loops; maintain a bend radius of at least four times the cable diameter. Do not exceed the recommended maximum run length for structured cabling in permanent installations, and use appropriate patch panels or keystone jacks when integrating into existing structured cabling systems.
