Lindy 47365 καλώδιο δικτύου κόκκινο 3 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 3m Red is a 3-metre network cable engineered for Gigabit Ethernet environments. Constructed to Cat6 specifications with S/FTP shielding, the cable minimises electromagnetic interference and crosstalk to support stable high-speed data transmission. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors featuring gold-plated contacts to ensure reliable conductivity and reduced contact resistance. The red jacket provides clear visual identification in patch panels, racks or desktop installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding (overall foil plus individually shielded pairs) improves signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. Cat6 design supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and provides headroom for demanding applications. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts reduce oxidation and maintain low-resistance connections over time. The 3 m length offers a balance between reach and neat cable management, while the coloured jacket makes routing and identification simpler in multi-cable setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, switches and routers in home or small office networks
• Patch connections in data cabinets and network racks
• Video streaming and VoIP devices requiring stable Gigabit links
• Temporary setups and event network installations where quick identification is useful

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Compatible network standards: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Red

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices, ensuring connectors latch securely. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points; maintain the natural bend radius to preserve performance. For installations in patch panels or racks, label both ends if required and secure the cable with appropriate ties or cable organizers to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use the cable within its specified temperature and mechanical handling limits, and replace any cable that shows visible damage to the jacket or connectors.
