Lindy 45403 καλώδιο δικτύου γκρι 2 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

Networking Cable Lindy 45403 RJ-45 Cat6 2m Grey is a 2‑metre Cat6 U/UTP network cable designed for data transmission at frequencies up to 250 MHz. The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base‑T(X)) and is fitted with RJ‑45 connectors on both ends. The LSZH halogen‑free sheath reduces smoke and eliminates toxic halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for installations in public spaces. Connectors feature gold‑plated contacts and the plug design includes a snagless strain relief to protect the latch during installation and removal.

Advantages

The Lindy 45403 offers Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz in an unshielded U/UTP construction that still meets the electrophysical parameters required for Gigabit Ethernet. Gold‑plated contacts provide corrosion resistance and long‑term reliable connections, while the snagless connector design prevents damage to the plug latch. The LSZH outer sheath minimises smoke generation and avoids halogen emissions for safer use in public or enclosed environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home or office networks
• Gigabit Ethernet links (10/100/1000Base‑T(X))
• Structured cabling runs where low smoke and halogen‑free materials are required

Key specifications

• Cabling standard: Cat6 U/UTP
• Bandwidth / frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45, gold‑plated contacts
• Supported speeds: 10/100/1000Base‑T(X) (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Sheath material: LSZH (halogen‑free)
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Plug one RJ‑45 connector into the network port of your device (PC, switch, router) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and excessive tension; the snagless strain relief helps protect the connector latch during plugging and unplugging.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs within recommended maximum distances for Ethernet (typically 100 m for Cat6) and avoid running parallel to high‑voltage power lines to minimise interference. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and replace the cable if the sheath or plug is compromised.
