Lindy 45392 καλώδιο δικτύου κόκκινο 20 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy Cat.6 (A) SSTP RJ-45 20m Red networking cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data transmission up to 10 GBase-T. The cable supports an operating frequency of up to 500 MHz and is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 standards. It features RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, a snagless strain relief design and a halogen-free (LSZH) outer sheath. The cable is 20 m long and comes individually packaged in a polybag.

Advantages

This Cat.6A S/FTP (SSTP) cable provides braided overall shielding plus foil shielding around each twisted pair to minimise electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Gold-plated contacts offer corrosion-resistant, reliable connections over time. The snagless connector design protects the latch during installation and removal, while the LSZH sheath reduces smoke and eliminates toxic halogen emissions, making it suitable for use in public and enclosed spaces.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBase-T) links
• High-speed home and office networks
• Environments requiring low electromagnetic interference
• Installations in public or enclosed spaces where low smoke and halogen-free materials are required

Key specifications

• Standard: ISO/IEC 11801
• Cable category: Cat.6A (S/FTP / SSTP)
• Bandwidth / frequency: up to 500 MHz
• Data rate support: up to 10 GBase-T
• Length: 20 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Sheath material: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Colour: Red

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (switch, router, PC) and the other RJ-45 connector to the corresponding port on the other device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks and avoid sharp bends near the connector ends. Route the cable to minimise exposure to strong electromagnetic sources and secure it with appropriate cable management to prevent strain.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable within the specified 20 m length and avoid running it parallel to mains power cables for long distances. Inspect gold-plated contacts for debris before connecting and replace the cable if the outer sheath or connectors are damaged.
