Lindy 3m καλώδιο Cat.6 S/FTP, μαύρο

Cat.6 S/FTP Cable Lindy 3m combines shielded twisted pair construction (S/FTP) with RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts to provide reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. The cable supports frequencies up to 250 MHz and is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 standards. It is available in multiple colours and lengths and is supplied individually in a polybag.

Advantages

The S/FTP design uses an overall braid shield and foil shields around each pair to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Gold-plated pins improve conductivity and reduce the risk of signal loss or corrosion over time. An integrated snagless connector protects the latch during installation and removal, and the cable is suitable for IEEE 802.3 networks up to 1GBase-T. The product includes a 10 year warranty.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Wired home and office networks
• AV extension and low-interference data links
• Professional network installations requiring shielded cabling

How to use

Connect each RJ45 connector to the corresponding network ports on your devices or patch panels, ensuring the connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and strong electromagnetic sources; keep a gentle bend radius to maintain signal integrity. For installations in shielded environments, ensure proper grounding of the shield at the patch panel or termination point following local installation standards.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the Cat.6 S/FTP cable for Gigabit Ethernet links across short to medium distances and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines. When terminating or connecting within a structured cabling system, follow ISO/IEC 11801 guidelines and local building codes for shield grounding and cable routing.
