Lindy 2m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH καλώδιο δικτύου, γκρι

Network Cable Lindy 2m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH Grey is a 2 meter shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed networks. It features S/FTP construction with braided overall shielding and foil-shielded individual pairs, gold-plated RJ-45 contacts and a low-smoke, halogen-free (LSZH) sheath. The cable is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and supports frequencies up to 500 MHz for Ethernet standards up to 10GBase-T.

Advantages

The Cat.6A S/FTP design provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-resistant connections. The snagless strain-relief connector reduces the risk of latch damage during installation or removal. The LSZH outer jacket limits smoke and eliminates halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for use in public or enclosed spaces where low toxicity is required.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBase-T) links up to supported distances
• High-density office and data center cabling with reduced interference
• Environments requiring low smoke and halogen-free materials (public buildings, server rooms)
• Connections between network equipment using RJ-45 ports

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Cabling: Cat.6A S/FTP (braid overall, foil per pair)
• Frequency support: up to 500 MHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801; supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) and 10GBase-T
• Sheath: LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen)
• Color: Grey

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the matching Ethernet ports on devices or patch panels until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use the snagless strain-relief design when pulling the cable through conduits or patching racks to protect the connector latch. Verify link speed and connectivity on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.6A S/FTP cable within standard installation practices: avoid exceeding the recommended bend radius, keep cable runs away from high-voltage power lines, and maintain proper patch panel and switch port labeling. For permanent horizontal cabling beyond standard channel lengths consult installation guidelines for 10GBase-T deployments.
