Lindy 2m Cat.6 U/UTP καλώδιο δικτύου, πορτοκαλί

Network Cable Lindy 2m Cat.6 U/UTP Orange is a 2 m unshielded (U/UTP) Cat.6 patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for operating frequencies up to 250 MHz and compliant with ISO/IEC 11801. The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T) thanks to optimized electrical parameters and comes individually packaged in a polybag. Gold-plated contacts and a snagless strain relief design improve long-term connection reliability and protect the connector latch during installation and removal.

Advantages

The Lindy Cat.6 U/UTP cable provides performance up to 250 MHz in an unshielded construction, enabling reliable Gigabit Ethernet connections without additional shielding. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain stable signal transmission, while the snagless strain relief prevents damage to the connector latch during repeated use. The orange jacket improves cable identification in installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home and office networks
• Gigabit Ethernet links (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Patch panels and wall outlets in structured cabling
• Temporary or permanent cable runs where easy identification is required

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Category: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Operating frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 – RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges and secure it with cable ties or clips if necessary. For patch panels or wall outlets, ensure correct wiring and termination practices are followed. The snagless design protects the connector tab during repeated insertion and removal.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6 U/UTP cable for short to medium runs up to typical structured cabling lengths for patching and device connections. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or prolonged outdoor use; for outdoor or direct-burial installations choose cables rated for those conditions.
