Lindy 1m Cat.6 U/UTP Καλώδιο δικτύου, μωβ

The Lindy 1m Cat.6 U/UTP Purple network cable is a 1-metre Ethernet lead designed for data transmission up to 250 MHz and compatible with Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T). It uses an unshielded U/UTP construction manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 standards and comes with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The cable is finished in violet and supplied individually in a polybag.

Advantages

The Cat.6 design supports operating frequencies up to 250 MHz, enabling reliable 1 Gbps connectivity for common network applications. Gold-plated contacts provide corrosion resistance and stable connections over time. A snagless strain relief protects the connector latch during installation and removal, reducing the risk of physical damage.

Suitable for

• Home and small office networking
• Connecting PCs, routers, switches and NAS devices
• Streaming, online gaming and video conferencing
• Short patch runs in structured cabling (1 m length)

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Bandwidth: up to 250 MHz
• Data rates: up to 1 Gbps (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Violet
• Standards: manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device (PC, switch, router or NAS) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the network equipment. Ensure connectors click into place; the snagless strain relief helps prevent damage to the latch during handling. For best performance, avoid tight bends and keep the cable clear of strong electromagnetic interference sources.

Recommendations

Use this 1 m Cat.6 U/UTP cable for short patch connections where Gigabit performance is required. For longer runs or environments with significant electromagnetic interference, consider shielded cabling or installation practices that maintain specified separation from interference sources.
