Lindy 0,5m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH καλώδιο, γκρι

Cat.6A S/FTP twisted pair patch cable with integrated snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated pins. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) outer jacket reduces smoke and eliminates toxic halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for use in public spaces. Cable supports bandwidth up to 500 MHz and is designed for Ethernet standards up to 10GBase-T.

Advantages

Shielded S/FTP construction (braid overall shield plus foil on individual pairs) provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-resistant connections and minimize signal loss. The integrated snagless latch protector reduces the risk of connector damage during installation and removal. LSZH jacket offers low smoke and no halogen emissions for safer deployment in enclosed or public environments. Product comes with a 10 year warranty.

How to use

Choose the appropriate cable length and colour for your installation. Insert the RJ45 connector into the network device’s port until the latch clicks; the snagless design protects the latch during this step. Use the cable for Ethernet connections requiring Cat.6A performance and shielding, for example between switches, patch panels and network devices supporting up to 10GBase-T. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to maintain signal integrity and prolong cable life.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the Cat.6A S/FTP cable in shielded or properly grounded installations and pair it with compatible Cat.6A-rated connectors and patch panels. Inspect connectors for contamination before deployment and avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines to minimize interference.
