LEONI Kerpen OM4 Καλώδιο patch πολυτροπικών οπτικών ινών, E2000 σε LC, 3m, Riser/Θωρακισμένο

In a busy data center, a network engineer needs a reliable fiber link between a switch with LC ports and a patch panel with E2000 connectors. This 3-meter OM4 multimode patch cable from LEONI Kerpen provides that connection with low insertion loss and high return loss, ensuring stable 40/100 Gigabit Ethernet transmission over short distances.

Key specifications

• Length: 3 meters

• Connector A: E2000 (angled polish, high return loss)
• Connector B: LC (standard polish)
• Cable construction: Riser (OFNR) rated, shielded
• Jacket colour: Black
• Insertion loss: ≤ 0.3 dB typical
• Return loss: ≥ 50 dB (E2000), ≥ 20 dB (LC)
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +70°C

Why choose it

LEONI Kerpen is a trusted name in structured cabling, and this patch cable is built to meet demanding performance standards. The E2000 connector features an angled end-face that reduces back reflections, making it ideal for high-speed networks where signal integrity is critical. The OM4 fiber supports 10G, 40G, and 100G Ethernet up to 150 meters, giving you flexibility for current and future needs. The riser-rated jacket allows safe installation in vertical shafts and between floors, while the shielded design protects against electromagnetic interference in dense equipment racks.

Ideal use cases

• Data center interconnects between switches, servers, and patch panels
• Telecom central offices and headends
• Enterprise backbone cabling in riser environments
• High-speed storage area networks (SANs)
• Testing and measurement setups requiring low-loss, low-reflection links

Good to know

This cable is factory-terminated and tested to ensure consistent performance. The E2000 connector has a protective shutter that prevents dust and laser exposure when unmated. The LC connector is compatible with standard SFP/SFP+ transceivers. For best results, handle connectors carefully and keep protective caps on when not in use. The cable is RoHS compliant and meets ISO/IEC 11801 and TIA/EIA standards for OM4 multimode fiber.
