Καλώδιο Patch Draka Comteq TM31 1m

The Draka Comteq TM31 1m patch cable is a Cat6a network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a grey jacket. Designed for short connections between network devices, this 1 meter cable supports the Cat6a standard for higher data rates and improved performance compared with older cable categories. Its compact length and standard connectors make it suitable for patching within racks, connecting switches, routers, patch panels and workstations in home or office networks.

Advantages

The Cat6a construction reduces crosstalk and supports greater bandwidth, enabling more stable connections for high-speed networking. The cable’s 1 m length minimizes excess slack and clutter in structured cabling setups. Standard RJ-45 plugs provide broad compatibility with network ports, while the grey outer jacket offers a neutral, professional appearance suitable for visible installations. The cable is built for routine use and repeated insertions in patch panels and device ports.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops and network printers to switches or routers
• Patching between switches and patch panels in small racks or wall-mounted enclosures
• Short runs in home entertainment setups and office workstations
• Temporary or permanent connections within server cabinets and communication closets

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Length: 1 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Grey
• Intended use: Ethernet networking, high-speed data transmission

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of the device and into the corresponding port on a switch, router or patch panel until it clicks into place. Ensure the cable is routed without sharp bends and avoid placing it under heavy objects to maintain signal integrity. For rack installations, use appropriate cable management to secure the cable and prevent strain on the connectors. When disconnecting, press the connector tab before pulling to avoid damaging the latch.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat6a cable for connections up to 1 meter where minimal cable slack is desired. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. Inspect connectors for debris before installation and replace any cable that shows visible damage to the jacket or plugs.
