LEONI Kerpen LEONI Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών OS2 RuM/Shr. E2000/LC 5m - Καλώδιο - 5 m

In high-density data centers and telecom rooms, a single faulty patch cord can bring down an entire link. This LEONI Kerpen OS2 single-mode fiber patch cable eliminates that risk with precision-polished E2000 and LC connectors, ultra-low insertion loss, and a rugged LSZH jacket that protects both the fiber and your environment.

Who is it for

Network engineers, data center technicians, and telecom installers who need a reliable, plug-and-play single-mode connection between E2000 and LC interfaces. Ideal for backbone links, SANs, FTTx, and any application where signal integrity and safety compliance are non-negotiable.

Main features

• Premium OS2 single-mode fiber (9/125 µm) supports 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths for long-reach, high-bandwidth transmission.
• E2000/UPC (LSH) to LC/UPC connectors with spring-loaded shutter for dust protection and laser safety.
• Ultra-low insertion loss (≤ 0.25 dB typical) and high return loss (≥ 50 dB) ensure minimal signal degradation.
• LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) yellow jacket: flame-retardant, low-smoke, and halogen-free for safe use in enclosed spaces.
• Simplex 2.0 mm cable is flexible, kink-resistant, and easy to route in dense fiber trays.
• RoHS and REACH compliant, meeting strict environmental and safety standards.

Tips

Always inspect and clean connector end faces before mating to maintain low insertion loss. Use the E2000's integrated shutter to protect the ferrule when disconnected. For best performance, avoid tight bends below the minimum bend radius (typically 30 mm for this cable).
