Lanview LVN122149 Καλώδιο Δικτύου Μαύρο 305 m Cat5e U/UTP (UTP)

The Lanview LVN122149 is a 305 m Cat5e U/UTP networking cable in black, designed for outdoor-capable installations. Manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801, EIA/TIA 568B and EN50173-2 standards, the cable consists of four twisted pairs with PE insulation and no overall shielding. It supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and provides a balanced transmission line through twisted pairs to reduce electrical noise and electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

The cable follows recognised international standards for structured cabling, ensuring compatibility with common network equipment. Its unshielded twisted pair construction offers a balance between cost and performance for Ethernet networks up to Gigabit speeds. PE insulation and color-coded pairs simplify identification and outdoor-capable design allows use in external installations where appropriate.

Suitable for

• Outdoor and indoor network runs where Cat5e performance is sufficient
• Ethernet installations up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Structured cabling between switches, routers and patch panels

Key specifications

• Length: 305 m
• Category: Cat5e
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded overall, unshielded pairs)
• Conductors: 4 x 2 color-coded PE insulated conductors (twisted pairs)
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EIA/TIA 568B, EN50173-2
• Maximum data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Color: Black
• Brand / MPN / EAN: Lanview / LVN122149 / 5704174931690

How to use

Route the cable from network equipment to termination points following local installation rules and conduit requirements for outdoor runs. Terminate each twisted pair to appropriate RJ45 jacks or patch panels using a Cat5e-compliant wiring scheme (for example T568B). Keep cable pairs untwisted only the minimum required for termination to preserve performance. Test the installed link with a suitable network tester to verify continuity and performance up to Gigabit speeds.

Recommendations

For outdoor installations, protect the cable from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture where required by using appropriate conduit or trunking. Avoid running unshielded cables parallel and close to strong electrical noise sources; use separation or alternative routing to minimise EMI. Follow local codes and standards for outdoor network cabling.
