KVM-Switch ATEN CL5708N Τοποθέτηση σε rack μαύρο USB 1280x1024

The ATEN CL5708N Rack mounting KVM switch provides consolidated access to up to 8 computers from a single slideaway 1U housing that integrates a 19" LCD display, keyboard and touchpad. Designed for rack installation in server rooms and control cabinets, the unit supports a maximum display resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and USB mouse connections. The metal and plastic chassis and 1U rack capacity enable efficient use of cabinet space while the built-in LCD monitor and keyboard reduce the need for separate console peripherals.

Advantages

The CL5708N combines a LED-backlit 19" LCD, keyboard and touchpad into a single sliding console to save rack space and simplify local management. It supports USB mouse connectivity and fast local switching with a scan interval of 1.255 seconds. The metal/plastic construction provides a practical balance of durability and weight for rack-mounted environments. Daisy-chain capability lets you expand control beyond the initial 8 computers to manage up to 256 systems from one console when additional KVM switches are connected.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centers with 1U rack height constraints
• Network closets and equipment cabinets requiring a compact local console
• Environments where centralized local access to multiple servers is needed
• Installations that plan to expand by daisy-chaining additional KVM units

Power on the unit and ensure the monitor detects video output at up to 1280 x 1024 resolution. Use the on-screen or keyboard controls to switch between connected systems; if expanding the setup, daisy-chain additional compatible KVM switches according to the manufacturer instructions to increase the number of controllable computers.

Recommendations

Place the CL5708N at an accessible rack position for routine local administration, keep KVM cable lengths within recommended distances for signal integrity, and verify monitor resolution settings on connected hosts to match the unit's maximum 1280 x 1024 for best display results.
