Κουτί server rackmount Inter-Tech 4129L 4U 19 ιντσών με φίλτρο αέρα

INTER-TECH 4129L is a 4U IPC rackmount case designed for standard 19-inch server and industrial installations. The chassis includes an integrated air filter to reduce dust ingress, three external 5.25" bays for optical drives or front devices and eight internal 3.5" drive bays for storage. The case follows 19" rack form factor and offers a layout tailored for cooling efficiency and drive capacity in storage-focused systems and industrial PC deployments.

Advantages

The rackmount case combines a 4U height with a 19-inch mounting standard, enabling compatibility with common server racks. An integrated air filter helps protect internal components from dust without modifying airflow paths. Multiple external 5.25" bays and a high number of 3.5" internal bays provide flexibility for drive configurations and front-access devices. The internal layout supports efficient airflow management suitable for continuous operation in server or industrial environments.

Suitable for

• 19-inch server racks in data centers or server rooms
• Industrial PC installations requiring dust protection
• Storage servers and NAS systems with multiple 3.5" drives
• Systems requiring front-access optical drives or hot-swap bays in 5.25" form factor

Key specifications

• Form factor: 4U rackmount chassis for 19-inch racks
• External bays: 3 × 5.25"
• Internal drive bays: 8 × 3.5"
• Integrated dust filter for front airflow protection
• Layout optimized for cooling and drive installation

How to use

Mount the INTER-TECH 4129L in a standard 19" rack using the front mounting ears and appropriate hardware. Install compatible 5.25" and 3.5" devices into the corresponding external and internal bays according to your system design. Ensure the integrated air filter is positioned correctly in the front intake area so air moves through the filter into the chassis cooling path. Connect power and data cables to the installed drives and other internal components, and verify airflow direction and fan placement to maintain effective cooling.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect and clean the integrated air filter to maintain airflow and thermal performance. When configuring multiple 3.5" drives, plan cable routing to avoid obstructing airflow paths. Use this chassis in environments that support 19" rack installations and ensure rack ventilation meets the cooling demands of populated systems.
